Story
Mani & Oscar, our 17-year-old founders, started Ignite Nation as a side hustle only in their second year of high school (15 years old). Their goal since the beginning was and has remained to be to help contractors grow their businesses beyond what they think they are capable of. They believe that the biggest bottleneck in contracting is the knowledge gap in marketing (paid/organic), sales and company infrastructure. Many contractors are so good at what they do on-site and on hand, but they face challenges when it comes to putting themselves out there. They also face challenges hiring the right people for their team.
Psychological Ad Expertise
Mani & Oscar extensive marketing knowledge since such a young age, as well as their exposure to studies of human psychology has allowed them to find the best ways to bridge those gaps previously mentioned.

For them, it was never about the money. It was always about finding the right people and growing alongside each other. That’s why even since the beginning they never charged a cent upfront for their work. With a strong lead with value-first mindset, and compensation later, they achieved great success, becoming 6-figure entrepreneurs before the age of 18.
